What's in it for you?
This scheme will ultimately enable the public to distinguish the good operators from the bad ones. As such, the good operators will be recongnized, rewarded and promoted both inside and outside the region as part of the scheme. The poor operators will be made to improve their standards as a result.
Positive aspects of being involved with the scheme include:
• strengthening relationships with the Police and the licensing teams
• collectively underpinning the night-time economy
• only accredited venues will be publicised and promoted
• and a possible increase in revenue as the scheme goes forward
